We used to live in Idledale, Colorado and we started
idledale.com when we lived there. We now live a few miles
west of Idaho Springs Colorado on Fall River Road.

Three Day Fall River Flow Graph (complete data here):

Here is some info on the area up the road a bit. It's the
website for the St. Mary's Glacier and Alice area.
Since I moved here I have been wondering - is The Fall River the
only river that flows into a creek? It flows into Clear Creek about 2 miles
downstream from where we live.
Well, apparently it is not, although it is rare. This guy seems
pretty confident that the Thunder River joining Tapeats Creek is the only
place that it happens, he is wrong.
This
guy also seems confident that the Fall River is the only
river that flows into a creek. He is also apparently wrong.
I found this report very interesting. Particularly for
people who like to fish in Clear Creek. This report correctly identifies the
Fall River as being "One of the few places in the nation where a River flows
into a Creek".
There are about 90 gazillion Fall River's and probably about
20 gazillion "Fall River Roads". There are 2
roads that I know of that are called "Fall River Road" in Colorado. We live on
the short one. The other one is near Estes Park. There is a Fall River Road
homeowners association - let me know if you'd like to know about it.

tragic set of events last year.
We miss him so much.
